Firas Alsaedi is an executive manager and business leader in Dubai with over 20 years of international experience in management, administration, accounting, finance and asset management. He has run Lafta Trading FZCO in JAFZA since 2005 and leads two business groups as CEO.
Currently serving as Executive Manager at Lafta Trading FZCO, JAFZA, Dubai, since May 2005, overseeing sales, purchasing, finance, inventory management, human resources, administration, and PRO coordination. Additionally, serving as CEO of Easy Group, Dubai, since March 2019, leading business strategy, banking operations, sales, purchasing, customer account management, and human resources. Since October 2020, also holding the position of CEO of Luxury Group, Dubai, managing overall group strategy, financial planning, business operations, sales, and human resources. Furthermore, serving as General Manager and Partner in various tourism, decoration, and general maintenance companies, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business development support across multiple industries.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in her twenties, followed by ventures in construction materials and corporate events before expanding into Dubai’s dynamic business environment. Over the years, she has held senior leadership positions in real estate, including Director, Head of Sales, and Vice President, driving international market expansion, cultivating high-value relationships, and developing strategic commercial partnerships.
Today, as Managing Partner and Head of Business Development at Luxury Investment Club, she focuses on expanding the club’s international network, establishing strategic alliances, and connecting investors, entrepreneurs, and premium lifestyle providers within an exclusive ecosystem of luxury and investment opportunities.
